This Privacy Policy explains how TireXLube (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our opt-in/booking page at CarCafeCRM.com/optin and when you view this Policy at CarCafeCRM.com/privacypolicy or our Terms at CarCafeCRM.com/termsofservice, contact us, or receive our auto services (oil changes, rust proofing, tire services, inspections, and related services).

Information we collect
• Contact & identifiers: name, phone, email, postal address, vehicle plate/VIN.
• Service & transaction data: appointments, estimates, approvals, invoices, payment method type (tokenized by our processor), warranty records, photos/videos of vehicle condition (if applicable).
• Communications: calls, emails, SMS/MMS/chat logs, and your marketing preferences.
• Technical data: device/browser info, IP address, cookies and similar tools used for analytics, security, and performance.
How we use information
• Provide, schedule, and complete services; process payments and warranties.
• Communicate about appointments, quotes, approvals, and service updates.
• Send marketing messages if you consent (see §7).
• Improve operations, security, fraud prevention, analytics, and legal compliance.
Lawful bases (PIPEDA/CASL)
We collect/use personal information with your consent, as needed to perform a service/contract, to meet legal obligations (e.g., tax, safety, warranty), and for our legitimate interests (security, quality, improvement) where permitted.

Text STOP to end marketing texts; text HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages. Transactional/service messages may still be sent.
